Women’s Shoes OEM & ODM Manufacturer — Private Label Heels | SOOS HEELS

SOOS HEELS is a women’s footwear manufacturer built on Italian atelier heritage. For fifteen years the same Tuscan workshop quietly produced private-label heels for brands around the world; today we offer that capability directly to international brands, buyers and emerging labels — OEM, ODM and private-label programmes for women’s shoes, from design development to finished, boxed pairs.

Why Brands Choose SOOS for OEM & ODM

An OEM partner is only as strong as what happens on the factory floor. SOOS began as a husband-and-wife workshop — Sophia with an eye for silhouette, Oscar with hands that understood leather — at a workbench in a small Tuscan atelier. The workshop grew from 40 to 400 square metres on the strength of one principle: small batch, handmade, zero compromise. That principle still governs every order we produce.

What this means in practice:

  • An Italian atelier design language. Collections are developed where they are made. Our design studio and production sit under one roof, so silhouettes, proportions and heel architecture are resolved by the same hands that will cut and last the shoes — nothing is lost in translation between the designer’s intention and the finished heel.
  • Genuine-leather footwear engineering. We manufacture in full-grain leather and specify linings, soles and details honestly, advising on material selection and construction so each style is both beautiful and producible at consistent quality.
  • From design development to finished product. Moodboard translation, material sourcing, pattern development, sampling, grading, production and final inspection are managed by one accountable team — no outsourced prototyping, no fragmented supply chain.
  • A white-label foundation in our own collection. Our A/W 2026 catalogue comprises twenty original styles of women’s heels, developed and sampled in-house. Each can be rebranded, recoloured or adapted as the starting point of a private-label range. Browse the collection.

OEM, ODM & Private Label — What We Offer

OEM — your design, our craft

You bring the drawings, a technical pack or a reference sample; we engineer and manufacture it. Our team works alongside you on material selection and construction method so the finished pair stays true to your design while remaining consistent across every size and every reorder.

ODM — our design, your label

Not every brand needs to begin from a blank page. Choose a base from our A/W 2026 collection — already developed, fitted and sampled in our atelier — and we will adapt colourways, materials and finishes to your brand. This route shortens development considerably, which is why it suits many first collections and capsule launches. Explore the A/W 2026 styles.

Private label — branding, packaging, presentation

Your name on the insole is only the beginning. Logo hot-stamping or embossing, custom shoeboxes, dust bags, hang tags and a complete visual identity are all part of a SOOS private-label programme, so the shoes arrive retail-ready under your brand. We offer flexible MOQs for private-label programmes, and our sales team is glad to discuss small-batch trial orders for emerging labels.

How the Process Works

  1. Enquiry. Tell us about your brand, the styles you have in mind and the markets you serve. Every conversation begins with a clear brief rather than a generic quote. Start with our inquiry form.
  2. Design & development. We refine the design brief, select leathers and resolve patterns, lasts and construction details. For ODM routes this stage is guided by our existing collection; for OEM it follows your specification.
  3. Sampling. A sample is made and reviewed with you, then refined until it is exactly right. The approved sample becomes the fixed reference for everything that follows — leather, colour and workmanship.
  4. Production & quality control. Your order is cut, closed, lasted and finished by the same artisans who made the sample, with key operations monitored throughout. Every pair is inspected against the signed sample before it is packed.
  5. Shipping. We work on EXW or FOB terms and can book freight or coordinate with your own forwarder, with worldwide ports and airports served.

Leather & Craftsmanship

Materials come first at SOOS. We work in full-grain Italian leather, with hides hand-selected from Italian tanneries in the Tuscan tradition, and honest linings and soles specified to suit each style. If a material does not meet our standard, it does not enter the workshop: we will not quietly substitute a lower grade to protect a margin. Details are finished by hand — skived edges, burnished toe caps, balanced heels — the same attention that defined the atelier when it was two people at one cutting table. Quality & Compliance

Quality at SOOS is managed on the floor, not in a folder. Because our atelier is vertically integrated, the artisans who develop a style are the ones who produce it, and final inspection is a human step, not a checkbox. Every bulk pair is checked against the signed sample before shipment.

For buyers who require documentation, material certificates and third-party test reports can be discussed to support import compliance in markets such as the EU and the UK. Industry-recognised programmes and schemes are frequently requested in the trade — among them LWG (Leather Working Group), ISO 9001 and third-party factory audits such as SGS, BV and Intertek. Certifications and factory-audit reports are available on request.

A Manufacturing Partner, Not Just a Supplier

Fifteen years of private-label production taught us that the best relationships outlast any single season. Brands return to SOOS because we advise on materials and cost engineering, because we remember what it felt like to be a new brand asking someone to take a chance, and because our growth has always been built on the growth of the brands we serve. Whether you are launching your first collection or scaling an established line, we treat your name as carefully as our own.
