- SOOS brand stock styles: 300 pairs per style; mixed sizes within the same series are welcome (suggested ratio 36:37:38:39:40:41:42 = 2:3:3:3:2:2:1).
- Fully custom / private label styles: 500 pairs per style, depending on last development and craft complexity.
- Mixed orders: stock styles can be combined; custom styles are usually ordered per style.

Do you offer OEM / ODM private label production?+
Yes - we are a full-service Italian shoe manufacturer offering OEM and ODM for private label brands, across four customization dimensions:
- Branding: logo hot-stamping / embossing, custom shoeboxes, hang tags, dust bags (full VI).
- Color: leather color cards, Pantone matching or physical sample matching.
- Design: modify existing styles, or develop brand-new lasts and patterns.
- Materials: uppers (full-grain calfskin / sheepskin / exotic skins), linings, soles (leather / rubber / combination).
How does the sampling process work?+
- Brief your needs, select leather, receive a proposal, then paid sampling.
- Sample approval leads to signed-sample bulk production.
- Sampling takes approximately 3-10 working days.
- The sample fee is deducted from your bulk order.
How do you price bulk orders? Are there tiered discounts?+
We operate on inquiry-based pricing - final unit price depends on style complexity, leather grade, order volume, and lead time.
- Tiered discount: orders of 2,000+ pairs receive 3% off (indicative, subject to formal quote).
- Annual framework agreements available for repeat buyers to lock unit prices and reserved capacity.
- Payment terms: typically 30% deposit + 70% before shipment (T/T and other methods); negotiable for large orders.
What is your production lead time?+
- Stock styles: approximately 3-5 weeks after order confirmation.
- Custom styles: about 2 weeks sampling plus 3-5 weeks production.
- Peak season (Aug-Oct): order at least 4 weeks ahead; rush orders can be evaluated (rush fees may apply).
- Shipping: EXW / FOB / courier - we can book freight or use your forwarder; global ports and airports.
What leather, certifications, and quality assurance do you provide?+
- Materials: full-grain genuine leather uppers (calfskin / sheepskin), genuine leather or microfiber linings; leather grade and origin documents available.
- Certifications: material certificates / third-party test reports for high-end positioning and import compliance.
- Quality control: 100% inspection before shipment; key operations (lasting, stitching, sole finishing) monitored throughout.
- Warranty: 12-month replacement / reshipment for non-human quality issues; bulk production matches the signed sample.
Can I order samples first?+
- Two options: existing style samples (for selection) or custom sampling (for your own design).
- Sample fee is refundable against bulk orders; 2 free revision rounds, additional rounds charged.
- Sample shipping: customer covers freight (DHL / UPS / your forwarder); deductible after order confirmation.
- Consistency guarantee: every bulk pair is checked against the signed sample - leather, color, and workmanship.
